Our story
Why AJL exists
AJL was founded by Jaxon Lanier and Austin Jobe, equal partners with a simple observation: the people who keep America's homes and businesses running, the HVAC techs, plumbers, landscapers, electricians, roofers, and every other trade, usually have the worst websites in town. Not because they do not care, but because nobody made it easy or affordable to do it right.
Big agencies quote five thousand dollars and six weeks for a website a homeowner looks at for nine seconds. DIY builders hand you a blank page and wish you luck. Both options fail the owner who is on a roof or under a sink all day.
So we set the price where a working business can say yes without flinching, and we set the standard where the work competes with agencies charging ten times more. A website built for your trade, ranking in your city, at a price that pays for itself with the first job it books.
We are based in Katy, TX and know the Houston metro best, from Katy and Cypress out to Conroe and The Woodlands. The build process runs remotely, so we work with service businesses across the country from the same desk, in whatever trade they are in.

Design, build, and technical SEO
Jaxon handles design, the build itself, and the technical side of local SEO at AJL Digital Agency. He builds every website, writes the page structure, and handles load times, schema markup, and the parts of search that happen in the code.
Austin Jobe, Co-Founder
Client strategy and Google Business Profile
Austin handles client strategy, messaging, and Google Business Profile management at AJL Digital Agency. He works out what a business needs to say to win its market, and manages the profile work that decides whether a client shows up in map results.

How we think about the work
Built for the trades
We build for service businesses, any trade. We know HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, electrical, and power washing deepest, and we take on roofing, pest control, cleaning, and whatever else you do. The research comes first either way.
Founder led, always
