From yes to live in about 7 days
Most agencies keep the process vague. Here is exactly what happens, what we need from you, and how much of your time it actually costs.
Step by step
What happens, and when
Total time on your end is about an hour across the whole project. The rest is our job.
Day 0
Your time: About 10 minutes
You reach out
You send a message or call. We ask about your trade, the cities you cover, what you want more of, and whether you already have a website. This takes one conversation, not a discovery call sequence.
Day 1
Your time: Review and approve
Quote and scope in writing
You get a fixed price and a page list in writing. No hourly estimates, no scope that grows halfway through. If the number works, you pay 50 percent and we start. If it does not, no hard feelings and nothing owed.
Days 1 to 2
Your time: About 30 minutes
You send your material
Service list, service area, phone number, license and insurance details, and any job photos you have. This is the step that controls the timeline, because design starts the moment it lands. Most owners send everything in one email.
Days 2 to 5
Your time: Nothing
We design and build
We write the copy, build every page, structure the local SEO, add the schema markup, and optimize your photos. You are not involved in this part. Go run your business.
Day 5
Your time: About 20 minutes
You review
You get a link to the finished website before anything is public. Go through it and send back everything you want changed in one list. Your included revision covers it.
Days 6 to 7
Your time: Approve and go live
Revisions and launch
We make your changes, set up the domain, and take it live. On the monthly plan the domain and hosting are included, and we also build out your Google Business Profile and start the local SEO work. You pay the balance at delivery.

After launch
What happens once it is live
On the monthly plan
Hosting, maintenance, security updates, and uptime monitoring run in the background. You get 2 revisions per month for seasonal offers, new services, and photo updates. Local SEO and Google Business Profile management continue every month, which is where rankings actually build.
On the one time build
We hand over every file and help you point your domain. From there it is yours to host and maintain. If you want changes later, additional revisions are $50 per request, or you can move to the monthly plan at any point.
